Our small, friendly team of dedicated staff are here to help you - in store, by email, or over the phone. You may find yourself in contact with several of us during any given enquiry.

Jack BradfordJack Bradford (Director, Owner)

Jack founded XDream in 2013 and continues to take an active role in the running of the business. He is an AFF and CS instructor, Parachute Rigger, FS coach, and is working towards his Advanced Instructor and Advanced Rigger ratings.

Despite being known for working very long hours, in his spare time Jack also enjoys climbing and will very occasionally be spotted in a wingsuit or freefly suit, but FS is his go-to discipline.

Cara PritchardCara Pritchard (Director of Customer Service)

After many years of helping out here and there, Cara officially joined the team in early 2019 after graduating with her Masters degree from the University of Southampton. Cara is also a Category System instructor and FS coach, most recently achieving her Advanced Packer and AFF instructor ratings.

Cara also enjoys creativity through embroidery and art, singing along to musicals, and watching Disney movies.

Julia TuriiJulia Turii (Customer Service Adviser)

Julia started with us in February 2022 as a recently A-licenced skydiver, letting us know she was interested in learning more about skydiving gear. She now has her B licence, FS1, and an Advanced Packer rating which she achieved in 2023. Her next goal is FS2, which won't be long as she's already smashing it in the tunnel, and she's also keen to start freeflying.

Julia is partial to vegan chocolate and during her free time she enjoys walking her dog as much as she can.

By email - simply fill out our online contact us form to send us an email. This is usually the quickest way to contact us as the inbox is shared by the whole team.

By phone - we have a new distributed phone system to allow us to handle phone calls as easily as emails - but it will only be answered during working hours. If you would like to chat on the phone and haven't caught us, please request a call-back, noting the most suitable times for us to call, and we'll call you back as soon as we can.

In store - look out for anyone in store or at events wearing branded XD clothing and name badges.

We do ask that you respect the privacy of our staff and therefore request that you do not contact individual staff members for business enquiries by personal means of contact (including texts and calls to personal phones, Facebook, and other personal social media channels). We believe in maintaining a work-life balance and do not wish for our staff to feel obligated to handle work queries out of hours.
