The following dates refer to dispatching stock items to the UK subject to our normal terms.

If necessary, it may be possible to process orders until Friday 21st December. Please get in touch as this cannot be processed through the website.

Normal post resumes 1st January 2019.

Returns for Unwanted Gifts

Our normal terms & conditions allow for return of stock items within 10 working days of receipt, however we appreciate that this isn't particularly useful for items purchased as Christmas gifts! For all in stock items purchased in December 2018 we will accept returns for unwanted items until 15th January 2019 (subject the item being returned in original packaging in unused condition as per the rest of our T&Cs).

Returns can be requested via the returns section on your account on our website or by emailing us. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of recepit of the returned item and shipping costs are non-refundable.
