We will attempt to keep our advertised stock and availability levels as accurate as possible, however we will contact you as soon as possible in the event that your order is not in stock to discuss alternative options.

For the purposes of these terms, "long term rentals" refers to equipment hired on a time basis exclusively to you, "short term rentals" refers to equipment hired on a per-jump basis.

Hire equipment remains our property.

We require a deposit, valid Direct Debit mandate, and security details before releasing hire equipment on long term rentals. We will conduct security checks with the information you provide to us, as well as checks that the equipment is appropriate for you. We reserve the right to cancel any rental.

You must check the condition of the equipment when you recieve it. It is also your responsibility to determine servicability of equipment before each use.

We do not warrant that the equipment is suitable for the particular or any purpose for which it is or may be required. Any guarantee of the equipment’s suitability may be provided by the manufacturer, however any such guarantee will not be indemnified by us.

You are liable for the safe return of the equipment to us at the end of the rental. You must inform us if you are taking long term rental equipment outside of the UK, and the equipment may not be taken to the USA. Short term rental equipment must not leave the DZ without writen authorisation.

You will normally be entitled to a 14 day period (from delivery) in which you may return the equipment and cancel the rental for a refund, assuming the equipment has not been used. Should you subsequently choose to start another rental with us at a later date, this period may be counted towards the start of the next rental period.

For long term rentals, the rental shall start as soon as the equipment is available, following the reservation of the equipment by placing a deposit and set up of the direct debit mandate. A reservation is only valid where there is a Direct Debit mandate active, and a deposit has been placed.

The period of hire will be by default 1 month, unless otherwise specified (by you or us). At the end of the period, you must return the equipment to us if you wish to cease rental, otherwise the rental shall continue for another consecutive period of the same length.

In instances where we are acquiring equipment specifically to serve your rental, we may require a longer minimum rental period (for example 1 quarter). In cases where we make you aware that this is being done, you also waive your right to a refund under distance selling regulations.

We will normally acknowledge by email when we receive the equipment back. You may book a courier collection with us for return of the equipment (at a cost), or you may arrange the return yourself. If you arrange the return then liability for the equipment passes to us when we receive the equipment, or if using our courier service, when the courier collects the package. You must package the equipment suitably.

For short term rentals, the period of hire starts when the rig is signed out (via the phone app or otherwise), and ends when the rig is left in the designated packing area (or signed back in if unjumped).

Throughout the period of hire, you are responsible for the safekeeping of the equipment and shall be liable to us for all loss of or damage to the equipment, howsoever caused (including replacement cutters for AAD activations or cutaway canopies). The replacement cost for a complete loss may be up to £10000, which is the value we recommend using if insuring the equipment.

All maintenance and repairs including reserve repacks must be authorised by us (except replacing bungees and closing loops as a normal part of packing)

Long term rentals:

Relevant paperwork and all other accessories constitue part of the equipment hired, and a charge of up to £50 may be levied if this is not returned with the equipment. Consumable items such as bungees, closing loops and pull ups are provided ex gratia and do not need to be returned.

Where you have paid an additional fee to reduce your liability in the event of a cutaway, your liability will be reduced to a maximum of £300 if:

• The rental fee and additional cover have been paid in full
• Documentation detailing the cutaway (e.g. British Skydiving incident form) is provided
• All efforts have been made to recover the equipment
• Full details of where and when the cutaway occured to ensure the best possible chance of recovery
• Equipment was in use for it's indended purpose (this does not cover other activities, nor loss or theft on the ground whilst not in use)

Main canopies provided for demo or rental purposes will be unpacked, or if packed will be packed for convenience only. It is the responsibility of the customer to pack the main parachute for use. At the end of the rental, the canopy may be returned to us unpacked (unless being posted, in which case packing will be necessary to protect the equipment).

Short term hire:

Main canopies will be provided packed ready for jumping, and must be returned unpacked to the designated area. The equipment may only be packed by individuals authorised by us. You will not be liable for any loss solely and directly attributable to an authorised packer.

Unless cancelled or otherwise concluded by prior written agreement, long term rentals will continue on a rolling contract. You may cancel at any time after the start of the first rental period, however the paid up fees for the period will not be refundable. No further rental charges will be made after the equipment is returned, except in circumstances where we are notified too late to cancel the charge with the bank. In cases where a charge is made after the equipment has been returned, we will refund this to you within 28 days.

If we cancel a rental (for any reason) before it has begun, we will refund your deposit back to you in full.

For short term rentals, the hire is automatically completed when the rig is returned after being jumped. You may then begin a new hire period for another jump, if the equipment is available again.

We cannot assume liability for any losses as a result of being unable to supply purchase or rental equipment.

We will undertake necessary checks to prevent all types of fraud. We may contact you for more information regarding your order if necessary, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders which we deem to be a fraud risk.

All quotes provided will be accurate to the best of our ability at the time of quote, and for the period of validity for the quote. Prices on all products may change at any time, and no guarantees can be made that the final sale price will match any given quote. Quotes may be provided for items that are publicly available for sale on our website, or available as rental equipment, so we cannot make any guaruntees of the availability of the items quoted. Priority is given on a first come first served basis from when an order is paid.

Full payment for your purchase order (including all applicable taxes and delivery charges) is required before your order will be processed. Products will remain our property until paid for in full by you and all funds have cleared.

We accept payment for purchases in GBP, EUR or USD via credit card, debit card, Direct Debit and bank transfer (for large orders).

Payment of rental fees for long term rentals will be taken by Direct Debit within 5 days of the renewal date. This will be taken automatically unless you return the equipment to end the rental before the end of the paid period. Failed payments may result in a £15 late payment surcharge. At our discretion, we may waive the first surcharge.

You agree not to cancel the Direct Debit with your bank while the rental agreement is active. You may cancel the Direct Debit once the rental equipment has been returned (although this is not necessary to prevent further payments, we will stop future payments at the end of the rental).

For long term rentals, we may make price adjustments to our rental fees, however we will give you at least 2 months notice. We endeavour to maintain your existing pricing where possible (since 2014 we have not increased pricing for any existing customer). We reserve the right to adjust short term rental pricing at any time.

We may charge interest on outstanding money owed to us.

Payment of rental fees for short term rentals will be by credit or debit card via the online system. The total amount paid will be split between XDream Ltd and Symbiosis Suits Ltd, as detailed on the payment page. Rigs must be booked out before each jump. Any rigs jumped before being booked out will be charged at the rate of 2 tickets.

We will hold a deposit for long term rental equipment, which will be refunded in full if there are no issues with the equipment upon it's return at the end of the hire and your account with us is in good standing (that is that you owe us no outstanding fees).

Placing a deposit for a rental item is a commitment to undertaking a minimum of 1 period of rental (e.g. a month or a quarter). If no rental is undertaken, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of the deposit amount.

We will endeavour to return your deposit as soon as possible after the return of the equipment, which should be no later than 28 days following the end of the last rental period.

We provide estimated dispatch times on various pages across our website. These are estimates which we endeavour to meet, however we cannot guarantee to meet these timings in every case. Please contact us if your delivery date is critical.

We cannot assume liability for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery or non-delivery, and late delivery does not entitle you to cancellation or refund of your order unless agreed in writing prior to placing your order.

We offer shipping within the UK and within the EU. At present we are unable to offer shipping outside the EU via our website; however, we may be able to ship elsewhere by custom request. If you are outside the EU you are advised to contact us for more information.

You will usually receive an email notification of an order being shipped; however, we cannot guarantee emails will be sent or received.

Orders may be placed online for collection in store. We will email you when it is ready for collection during normal opening hours. Please let us know if someone else is collecting on your behalf.

We may ask for forms of identification to help prevent fraudulent orders.

Orders of a certain value may require a signature on delivery. You are responsible for coordinating with the courier to obtain packages which they could not deliver on the first attempt.

All prices include UK VAT for orders dispatched to a UK address.

For orders being dispatched to the EU, the price displayed does not include UK VAT, but instead a tax and administration fee of the same value, to enable us to deliver the item to you with all customs fees paid. We will use a courier/broker (usually FedEx), who will pay the relevant taxes to the tax authority in your country on our behalf, to deliver the order to you "DDP" (Delivery Duty Paid). The tax & administration fee is non refundable - if you expect to return the goods, you may choose to customs clear the goods yourself, which may allow you to reclaim the import fees from your local tax authority if you return the goods.

You may choose to undertake clearance and pay customs charges yourself, in which case we will charge you a lower amount for your goods. Information for how to set up your account for ex-VAT prices and self clearance are avaiable on our website and support system.

For any orders shipped outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for all applicable additional charges, including but not limited to customs brokerage fees, import duties and taxes.

Warranties offered by the manufacturers of equipment purchased through us will either be resolved via direct communication with the manufacturer or through us. Where possible we will provide the required services to honour the warranty; however you may be required to deal with the manufacturer directly.

We are unable to provide warranty for any goods or services for the condition, suitability or safety for any given purpose. Please contact us if you require more information about warranties available through the equipment manufacturer for any product.

You must be a current member of British Skydiving to order services from us which require us to hold British Skydiving ratings. This includes, but is not limited to, inspection and repacking of equipment for live use, rigging work, skydiving instruction and coaching.

You shall fully indemnify us, our employees and agents against all claims or liabilities arising from or in connection with equipment materials or any other services supplied by us.

For unused stock items, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt of the goods. A full refund will be issued for the cost of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded for cancelled or returned orders. For refunds on cancelled orders, you will pay for return shipping and will remain liable for the goods until they are returned to us. We recommend insured postal services for returns. Returns from the EU where we have paid the customs on your behalf will only be eligible for a refund amount of the product cost, less the customs fees paid (we will provide you with documentation showing the exact customs amount paid in this instance).

For all customised products (including, but not limited to, custom order canopies, containers, and helmets) and items we do not normally hold in stock ordered in specifically to fulfil your order, refunds will only be available for faulty items.

Refunds are not available for services (including, but not limited to, skydiving courses, coaching, and rigging services) unless cancelled by us.

Refunds cannot be given for late delivery except where expressly agreed via email prior to order. We are usually unable to provide these guarantees for any custom order item.

Refunds cannot be given for rental payments, except where the equipment is deemed to be faulty. Deposits will only be refunded after 1 period of rental and if the equipment is returned in good condition.

Should you request to begin a rental within 14 days of reservation (payment of the deposit), you agree to waive your right to a refund.

Refund requests can be made by submitting a contact request via the online form, or via the returns system by logging in to your online account.

We are only able to provide measurement services for items relating to an order, purchase or rental with us. We cannot guarantee the suitability of any measurements taken by XDream employees for any purpose other than placing an order with us for the intended item.

Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed against any purchase. To redeem, enter the voucher code on the basket page before checking out. If you have not received the email within 1 hour of making the purchase of the gift card, please check your spam folder and get in touch.

We may from time to time offer publicly available discounts by us or our suppliers. We will always endeavour to honour any advertised pricing or discount, however we reserve the right to remove these offers at any time.

Any discounts offered privately will be subject to the terms laid out during the offer of the discount. Discount vouchers distributed as part of promotional giveaways will usually be transferable, whereas discount vouchers provided on a direct individual basis will usually be non-transferable.

We will store and process your data in line with GDPR, only using your data for the purposes outlined in our privacy policy. We will never sell your data to third parties.

We may alter our terms and conditions on occasion. In the event of any conflict between the information in these terms and elsewhere on this site, these terms shall take precedence.
