Quantity Discounts

Certain products are now available with quantity discounts - the more you buy, the more you save! This is particularly applicable to items sold by length such as binding tape or webbing in our rigging materials section.

Languages

Our website now supports multiple languages - we have initially enabled German alongside English and we will work towards translating our content over the coming years. If you're visiting from Europe, don't forget you can also choose to pay in Euros (this is at a mid market exchange rate, and your payment is actually processed in Euros so you know exactly what you'll be charged).

Sub Dealer Discounts and Invoices

For those with a sub dealer account with us, you'll now be able to place your orders online with all applicable discounts applied, plus you'll be able to download a VAT receipt from your account as soon as your order is placed. This will help us to get orders out to you quicker, and enable you to view stock levels and up to date pricing at all times.

Additional Features

• Stock levels are now displayed more accurately for products with multiple attributes (e.g. sizes and colours).
• Gift cards now generate easier to use codes and are automatically validated for use as soon as the order payment is confirmed.
• Intermittent issue with payments failing during checkout is now resolved.
• Conversions to prices in Euros is now more accurate.
• Speed improvements - pages should all load slightly faster!
