DZ / Sub Dealer Last Post and Winter Opening Times 2019
It's the most wonderful time of the year (after summer jumping time) so make sure you take advantage of our Headcorn shop before we close over Christmas and New Year. You can continue to make orders through the website even when the shop is closed; if you're making an order for a Christmas gift, keep reading to make sure you'll get it before Christmas.
Headcorn Shop Winter Opening Hours
From 9th December until 15th February we will not be open during our regular hours. If you're planning to visit us during this period, please email us to arrange a time beforehand. (Please note that we will not be available at all between 20th and 29th December or 23rd - 26th January).

The following dates refer to dispatching stock items to the UK subject to our normal terms. Normal post resumes 2nd January 2020.

Returns for Unwanted Gifts
Our normal terms & conditions allow for return of stock items within 10 working days of receipt, however we appreciate that this isn't particularly useful for items purchased as Christmas gifts! For all in stock items purchased in December 2019 we will accept returns for unwanted items until 15th January 2020 (subject the item being returned in original packaging in unused condition as per the rest of our T&Cs).
Returns can be requested via the returns section on your account on our website or by emailing us, shipping costs are non-refundable.
