Pre-February 2015 Javelins have the Collins lanyard located on the back of the yoke (near the reserve flap). The Collins lanyard is yellow and is a similar length to the main lanyard.

On newer Javelins it is located on the front (a few inches above the 3 ring system). The Collins lanyard is black and is shorter than the overall lanyard.
