Where are you based? Can I visit you in store? When are you open?

We currently operate our store at Headcorn Aerodrome. Please follow the links to view more information on opening hours and how to find us at each location, and naturally we welcome anyone who would like to visit us. You can even place an order online for quick and easy collection in store.

We also travel to boogies and other events around the UK (and occasionally further afield), please let us know if you'd like us to visit your DZ or would like more information on our upcoming plans.

Where do you deliver? How long does delivery take?

We ship to most locations within the UK and Europe, and we typically dispatch orders for in stock items within 1-2 business days. Most UK deliveries should arrive on the next working day, and European shipments 3-5 working days. Occasionally this may take slightly longer, so we recommend contacting us if you require an order before a certain date. More information can be found on our delivery information page.

Do you have a phone number I can call?

We don't currently have a phone number which is reliably manned, so to avoid frustration we recommend putting your query to us by email via our website. If you wish to talk on the phone, please leave your phone number and the best time to call in the message, and one of our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

We are working on installing a phone system which will allow our distributed team to take your calls, which we hope to be ready later in 2019.

We do ask that you respect the privacy of our staff and avoid contacting them individually through personal channels such as personal phones or social media. This also allow us to provide you with the best possible service.

I have found a product cheaper elsewhere. Do you price match? Do you offer a student/military discount?

We aim to provide the best value, not simply the cheapest price, so we do not typically match prices or offer regular discounts. By offering products and services at a consistent and fair price to all customers, we are able to offer the best possible level of customer service and after sales support. (After a large scale container recall in 2016, we were able to provide all affected customers with free rental equipment for up to a year as required - something we would not have been able to do by selling at a discounted rate!)

Can I try before I buy?

Absolutely! We strongly recommend trying equipment before making a purchase, and we have a wide range of equipment for you to try, including altimeters, helmets, canopies, and even complete rigs. For more information, see our demo equipment page.

What is skydiverpost?

Skydiverpost is the term used for travelling skydivers transporting items for each other between dropzones around the country (and around the world!).

An item I want is out of stock. How long until it is back in stock?

Some products are available for back order, and an estimated lead time will be shown on the product page. For products not available for back order (where you are unable to add them to your shopping basket), please contact us for an estimate of availability.

Do you offer sponsorship?

If you are interested in sponsorship, please email a sponsorship proposal with details of yourself/team/organisation, and we will consider each proposal on its merits.

Do you rent equipment?

We offer rental AADscanopies and complete rigs. We do not offer rental of peripheral equipment as it is usually much more cost effective for these to be purchased rather than rented.

Will you buy my old skydiving gear?

If you have a rig or components (AAD, canopies) you are looking to sell, we can offer a free valuation service with an option to buy an inspection report which may assist you selling the equipment privately. Once we have inspected the equipment, we may be able to make you an offer to purchase it from you, however our offer will typically be considerably below market value, so we would usually recommend advertising privately first.

How can I get a VAT receipt?

All orders shipped in the UK will be subject to UK VAT, and you can download your VAT receipt from your account after placing your order. If you did not create an account when you ordered (guest checkout), you will need to contact us for a copy of your VAT receipt.
