Things aren't quite normal this year and that also applies to our opening times during December and January at our Headcorn store. Orders can continue to be placed through the website at any time, but dispatch times are slightly delayed. If you're ordering an item that you want to arrive before Christmas, read on to ensure your order is placed in time for the UK's last post!

Winter Opening Times

Staff are working from home as much as possible at this time and orders are being sent out around once a week with next day delivery.

We can open our Headcorn store by appointment if necessary, e.g. for measurements, trying on rigs for purchase or rental, and order collections. Please contact us to work out a date and time. We insist that masks must be worn and social disancing be maintained as much as possible inside the shop.

Returns

Stock items can be returned within 10 working days of receipt as per our normal T&Cs, however we appreciate that this isn't particularly useful for items purchased as Christmas gifts! For all in stock items purchased in December 2020 we will accept returns for unwanted items until 15th January 2021 (subject the item being returned in original packaging in unused condition as per the rest of our T&Cs).

Returns can be requested via the returns section on your account on our website or by emailing us, shipping costs are non-refundable.
