Christmas Opening - Dunkeswell

The DZ will be closed from 18th December to 13th January with the exception of 29th and 30th December. The shop will be closed for most of these days with limited exceptions as listed below.

*On days when the DZ is open and the shop is closed, a limited range of items can be purchased from the DZ office.

**On Saturday 28th January we will be exhibiting at BPA Skydive The Expo at the EMCC in Nottingham which runs alongside the BPA AGM.

Posting Dates

The following dates refer to dispatching in stock items subject to our normal terms.

From 10th January normal dispatch dates will resume. At present this is still expected to be 3-5 working days for in stock items however we are working towards shorter deadlines.

Returns for Unwanted Gifts

Our normal terms & conditions allow for return of stock items within 10 working days of receipt, however we appreciate that this isn't particularly useful for items purchased as Christmas gifts! For all in stock items purchased 5th - 19th December 2016 we will accept returns for unwanted items until 9th January 2017 (subject the item being returned in original packaging in unused condition as per the rest of our T&Cs).

Returns can be requested via the returns section on your account on our website or by emailing us. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of recepit of the returned item and shipping costs are non-refundable.
